What I meant by having sufficient protein is by eating eggs (whole egg), red or white meat (fish or chicken) and drinking fresh milk (not low fat).

This article comprises of 5x5 workout ideas which surpasses protein supplements as well as vitamins, good job! From prior experience, 75% of protein powder being consumed are flushed out of body as protein powder is not only made up of protein, but also other forms of useless and toxic chemicals.
